With so much change and uncertainty, many people are struggling to address the increasing complexity of challenges at work and at home. But many problems just don't respond to conventional approaches. Perhaps our greatest frustration is engaging and managing stakeholders, or dealing with the implications of climate change or political uncertainty like Brexit? Perhaps, it's adapting to Artificial Intelligence or positioning our company in response to some other innovation. We need to address these complex issues from an entirely different paradigm to traditional linear thinking.Members of our learning community meet physically and online to address their challenges through a process of action enquiry. They capture and share their insights with a mix of articles, notes, reflection and ramblings. With their permission, some of these are aggregated and published anonymously here.
